The room looks exactly like the photos. The beds are very comfortable. It's super clean! It's not particularly modern or new, there are some signs of wear and tear, but everything is clean and tidy. We felt very, very comfortable. The host is really great! He welcomed us with open arms, was always nice, always helpful and immediately calmed us down during a violent earthquake and took excellent care of us. Exemplary! He makes breakfast himself every morning. The rolls are super delicious! And another big plus: the room is cleaned every day. We would always come back.

Fruit/avocado at breakfast would be great, but that would just be an extra. It's about a 10 minute walk from Main Street where everything takes place. For example, it didn't bother us at all.
